Saw the cove at Brigus
Saw The Tunnel
A rainy, foggy trip to St. John's
Got checked in to the Quality Hotel Harbourview around 11:00 am
12:30 pm - 3:00 pm Did a "short" hike from hotel to Signal Hill
5:00 Lunch/Dinner at Rumpelstiltskin's Restaurant in our hotel
Prime Rib was OK.
Another small world story ... I ran in to Gary Fenn. He used to coach the Thomas A Stewart curling team from Peterborough. Way too funny. He was here for a wedding reception dinner! Hilarious !
Got in touch with Colleen and Brian. They are at the Sheraton just across the street (and up a hill a bit !)
Went out for dinner with them at Oliver's Restaurant
They ate, we drank and had dessert. Funny waitresses (Michelle and Rachel !)
